The German Repubilc honored the 50th Anniversary of the federal constitutional court with a 10 DM commemorative coin.
The German federal constitutional court was established in 1951 and is responsible for beeing the supreme guardian of the constitution. A stylized representation of this decorates the front of the 10 DM silver coin. On the back side are the German eagle, the origin, the mint, the year of issue and the nominal value „10 Deutsche Mark“ pictured.
With it´s silver content of 925 / 1000 (Sterling silver) this coin belongs to the most popular German bullion coins.
